Recommended Foot Care Products
These are products Dr. Z commonly recommends to patients for specific foot problems — heel pain, forefoot discomfort, toe protection, ankle support, and footwear. They can help manage symptoms between visits or support recovery at home. They are not a substitute for a proper assessment if your problem is persistent or getting worse.

Over-the-counter products can help with mild discomfort, but they are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. If your foot pain is not improving, is getting worse, or is affecting your daily life, it is worth getting a proper evaluation. Dr. Z can identify the underlying cause and recommend the right approach — whether that is orthotics, treatment, or something else entirely.
